How to Use Your Product
Charging the Power Bank
Connect a suitable power adapter and a Type C cable or micro USB cable to the Type C port or micro USB port, respectively, to charge the power bank.
Charging Your Device
Connect the device to be charged (e.g., smartphones, tablets) to the USB A output1/output2 port or the USB-C output port of the power bank.
Charging Power Levels
There are four (4) LED indicators on the power bank. They light up from right to left to indicate the power level:
- 4 LEDs lit: 100%
- 3 LEDs lit: 75%
- 2 LEDs lit: 50%
- 1 LED lit: 25%
The Type C port also functions as an output port.

Safety Instructions

- Avoid exposing the product to fire, moisture, and direct sunlight, or storing it at temperatures above 40°C.
- Do not disassemble or attempt to service the product yourself.
- Only charge the power bank using the USB charging methods described in this manual.
- If you notice any deformity (dents, puncture) or a foul smell, contact Croma customer care immediately.
- Do not leave the power bank inside a car parked in sunlight.
- If the power bank will not be used for 90 days or more, charge it to at least 75%.
- Never leave a power bank unused for a long time if it is fully discharged.
- Use only certified USB charging devices and methods to prevent accidents or damage.
- For optimal performance, fully charge the unit before each use.
- Avoid using unauthorized cables for charging your mobile phone; use the cable provided with the box.
Warranty Information
Warranty Period:
- Main Unit: Eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase.
- Cable: Six (6) months from the date of purchase.
The warranty is limited to 90 days for commercial usage. The warranty terminates after the specified period, even if the product was not in use.

At the end of its lifespan, this product must be disposed of separately from other electronics or household waste. Take this product to designated collection points, where it will be accepted free of charge. Alternatively, users can return the product to Croma Stores upon purchasing a new product. Improper disposal may result in administrative penalties.
