Safety Instructions
- Use only supplied attachments/accessories.
- Refer to the rating label at the rear for electrical and safety information.
- Do not expose the TV to rain, moisture, or humid atmosphere to avoid fire or electrocution risk.
- Do not expose the TV to direct sunlight or other heat sources.
- Do not mount the TV on walls with seepage issues or below AC units to prevent electrical damage from moisture.
- Mount the TV securely to a wall or place it on a stable surface with the base stand to avoid injury or damage.
- Do not obstruct ventilation vents to prevent overheating.
- Do not insert metallic objects inside the TV to avoid electrical shock and damage.
- Keep water containers away from the TV to prevent spillage.
- Secure the power cord with ties or binders to prevent tripping hazards.
- Do not mix old and new batteries to avoid explosion.
- Ensure correct polarity when inserting batteries in the remote control.
- Remove weak or old batteries promptly to prevent leakage and damage.
- Replace batteries yearly or when remote operation becomes erratic for best performance.
- Ensure no obstacles between the TV and the remote control for proper functioning.
- Do not place naked flames (e.g., candles) near the TV.
- During thunderstorms, disconnect power supply and remove the antenna plug.
- Ensure proper grounding before plugging the TV into an electrical socket.
- Ensure the plug and socket are tightly fitted to prevent electrical sparks and damage.

Remote Control
The remote control allows you to operate the TV. Key functions include:

Key Control (Power Key): Press the button to turn the unit ON from STANDBY mode. Press it again to return to STANDBY.
Description of TV physical buttons: The TV has physical buttons on its side/back for Power, Channel Up/Down, Source, and Menu.
Understanding Your TV (Connectivity)
On the rear and side of the TV, you will find the following connectivity options:
Bottom Ports:
- LAN: For connecting to a modem or network access equipment via RJ45 cable.
- LINE OUT: For connecting to a compatible audio receiver.
- AV IN: Connects to various equipment like video recorders, camcorders, DVD players, or gaming consoles. Includes a VIDEO IN socket for composite video.
- ANT.: For antenna or cable box connection.
Side Ports:
- HDMI 1 (ARC): High-Definition Multimedia Interface for connecting PCs, DVD players, or satellite decoders. Supports Audio Return Channel (ARC).
- HDMI 2: Additional HDMI input.
- HDMI 3: Additional HDMI input.
- USB 2.0 (x2): For connecting thumb drives for media playback.
- DIGITAL AUDIO OUT: For connecting to a compatible audio receiver using a digital optical cable.
Setup Wizard
The system setup wizard appears when you turn on the TV for the first time. Follow the on-screen guide.
Language Selection
Press ▼/▲ buttons to select your preferred language (e.g., English, Français, Español, Italiano, Português, Русский, العربية, 中文, हिन्दी, తెలుగు, தமிழ், മലയാളം) and press OK.
Country Selection
Press ▼/▲ buttons to select your country (e.g., India, Egypt, Indonesia) and press OK.
Time Zone Selection
Press ▼/▲ buttons to select your time zone (e.g., GMT +4:00, GMT +5:30) and press OK.
Environment Selection
Choose between 'Home' mode (for energy saving) or 'Shop' mode (for maximum brightness) by pressing ▼/▲ and then OK.
Network Selection
Select 'Wireless Connection' or 'Wired Connection' by pressing ▼/▲ and then OK. You can skip this step if preferred.
Terms & Privacy
Read the End User License Agreement, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. Select 'Accept' to agree and proceed, or 'Skip' to decline.
Channel Search
Press ▼/▲ buttons to select the TV source (e.g., ATV) and press OK to scan channels.
Home Page
After channel scan, the TV displays the Home page, featuring app recommendations, search, and access to various content.
Description of Home Page elements: The Home page shows a 'Good Luck SAKHI' banner, app icons for YouTube, Prime Video, Sony LIV, Zee5, Plex, YuppTV, browser, media player, app store, games, and news channels like Aaj Tak, Al Jazeera.
Source Selection
From the Home page or by pressing the Source button on the remote, you can select the input source (e.g., ATV, AV, HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3).
Quick Entry Menu
Press the "MENU" button from the Home page to access the Quick Entry menu. Options include:
- Search: Search for Apps & Videos.
- Setting: Access TV setup options.
- User Center: (Not available in India).
- Notification: View notifications.
- History: View history & videos and apps.
- Cast: Cast content from your phone or laptop.
- Image setting: Customize image display.
- Sound setting: Customize audio output.
- Media: Access content from a USB drive.
Settings
Access settings via the Quick Entry menu or the remote's Menu button.
Network Setting
Configure wired or wireless network connections. Check network status and manage data saver settings.
- Wired Connection: Configure IP Address, Subnet mask, Gateway & DNS1.
- Wireless Connection: Turn Wi-Fi ON/OFF, select available Wi-Fi networks, and connect.
- Network Status: View connection status.
- Data Saver: Enable data saving features and set alerts.
Image Setting
Customize picture quality:
- Picture Mode: Select from Eco, Movie, Game, Sport, User, Standard, Vivid.
- Dynamic Backlight: Turn ON/OFF to automatically adjust contrast.
- Backlight: Adjust brightness level.
- Brightness: Adjust overall brightness.
- Contrast: Adjust contrast level.
- Color: Adjust color saturation.
- Tint: Adjust color tint.
- Sharpness: Adjust edge sharpness.
- Color Temperature: Select Standard, Warm, User, or Cool.
- Aspect Ratio: Set the image aspect ratio (e.g., Auto).
- Advanced Option: Includes Noise Reduction, MPEG Noise Reduction, Local Contrast, Dynamic Contrast, Eye Protection, Color Range.
- Picture Reset: Reset picture settings to factory defaults.
Sound Setting
Customize audio output:
- Sound Mode: Select from Standard, Soccer, Movie, Music, User.
- Equalizer: Adjust volume at different frequencies.
- Balance: Adjust left/right speaker strength.
- Auto Volume: Automatically adjusts volume based on signal strength.
- Surround Sound: Enhances sound effects for a more immersive experience.
- Advance Option: Customize Digital Audio Output & Audio Description. Set [Digital audio out] to [PCM] if the audio system is not compatible with Dolby Digital or DTS.
- Sound Reset: Reset audio settings to factory defaults.
General Setting
Configure general TV options:
- Time: Set date and time manually or use network time.
- Lock: System lock with default password "0000".
- Menu Language: Select preferred menu language.
- Audio Language: Select desired audio language.
- Subtitle Language: Select desired subtitle language.
- Link: Control HDMI devices (ARC & CEC). View connected devices list.
- Advance Option: Configure Fast Boot, Wake on Network, Power On Behaviour (Last Input, Home Screen), Location (Home/Shop), E-Pop banner, Source Rename, Software Update (USB).
- Restore Default: Reset the device to factory settings.

BEE ATTENTION:
This product is qualified for the BEE Star rating in 'Eco' Mode, promoting energy efficiency. Settings like Retail mode may affect power consumption. To reset to Star rating qualified settings, select 'Eco' mode in the initial set-up procedure.

- Standard warranty: Twelve months (12) from the date of purchase.
- Commercial usage warranty: Three months (3) from the date of purchase.
- Warranty terminates automatically after the period, even if the product was not in use.
Infiniti Retail Limited ("IRL") guarantees the product to be free from defects resulting from faulty parts or poor workmanship, subject to the terms of the limited warranty.

Instruction for Customers
- Retain the warranty card / Invoice for records and produce it for any repairs during the warranty period.
- Register a complaint by visiting a Croma Store or contacting Customer Care at 1800-572-7662 for any product defects.
Terms & Condition:
- Repairs during the warranty period must be carried out only through authorized Croma service centers.
- Croma may arrange for an authorized repairer to visit the customer premises to assess and carry out repairs or replacements.
- Service is provided within municipal limits of the store of purchase. For installations outside these limits, the customer bears the cost and risk.
- Re-installation or unmounting from walls higher than 1.2m may incur additional charges.
- Warranty Period:
- Non-commercial use: Twelve months (12) from purchase date.
- Commercial use: Three months (3) from purchase date.
- Accessories: Six months (6) from purchase date.
- Croma will endeavor to resolve issues promptly, but is not obligated to provide resolution within a specified timeframe.
- Warranty excludes defects arising from:
- Improper setup, installation, or adjustment.
- Dismantling or repair by unauthorized persons.
- Use of defective or incompatible parts/accessories.
- Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, hostile environmental conditions, dust, rodents, insects, rust, corrosion, salt build-up, or inadequate ventilation.
- Viewing static or repetitive images on screen for extended periods (15-20 days).
- Electrical issues like power surges, spikes, dips, or voltage/current fluctuations.
- External interference from other products/sources.
- Use of unauthorized equipment, systems, utilities, services, applications, parts, or items.
- Cosmetic, structural, or mounting items (brackets, shelves, doors).
- Consumables (bulbs, batteries, cables) or lost parts/accessories.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accident, theft, vandalism, misuse, abuse, negligence, collision, computer virus, fire, flood, liquid spillage, earthquake, thunderstorm, acts of God, or events beyond Croma's control.
- Incompatibility with inverters due to power sharing.
- Incompatibility with mobile devices during screen mirroring or casting.
- This warranty shall not apply if:
- The product was not purchased in India, or not as a brand-new product, or from an unauthorized outlet.
- The serial number has been damaged, modified, or removed.
- The customer owes outstanding amounts to Croma.
- Hardware or software has been accessed, tampered, or compromised by the customer or a third party.
- There is a breach of warranty terms and conditions.
- Once a warranty claim is accepted, the customer agrees to:
- Comply with Croma's directions for warranty fulfillment.
- Acknowledge that a standby unit may or may not be provided during service.
- Acknowledge that repaired parts may be new or refurbished.
- Acknowledge that Croma may charge for visits or services outside the scope of a warranty claim.
- Acknowledge that warranty benefits are restricted to the original buyer and are non-transferable.

Additional Information
Defective on Arrival (DOA): Hardware defects within 14 days of purchase will result in replacement. Software/app issues will be rectified via update. Defects reported after 14 days will be repaired, not replaced. Complete packing material is required for replacement.
Zero Dot Warranty: Twelve months (12) Zero Dot Panel Replacement Warranty. A normal limitation of LCD technology allows for a small number of bright, dark, or partially lit pixels.
