Setup and Installation
1. Unboxing and Initial Charge
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the charging base against a wall on a hard, level surface, ensuring there are no obstacles within 3 feet to the front and 1 foot to either side. Connect the power adapter to the charging base and a wall outlet. Place the RoboVac onto the charging base, aligning its charging pins. The indicator lights will show charging status. Fully charge the RoboVac before first use, which typically takes 5-6 hours.
2. Installing Side Brushes
Attach the side brushes to the square posts on the bottom of the RoboVac by pressing them down until they click into place.
3. Setting Up Boundary Strips
Use the included boundary strips to create off-limit areas for the RoboVac. Cut the strips to the desired length and place them flat on the floor. The RoboVac will not cross these strips. Ensure the shiny side of the strip faces upwards.

4. Wi-Fi and App Connection
Download the EufyHome app from the App Store or Google Play. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your RoboVac to your home Wi-Fi network. Note that the RoboVac 35C only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. If you have a dual-band router, ensure the 2.4GHz frequency band is enabled and you are connecting to it.

Operating the RoboVac
1. Starting and Stopping Cleaning
Press the power button on the RoboVac or use the EufyHome app/remote control to start a cleaning cycle. Press again to pause. To send the RoboVac back to its charging base, press the home button on the device, app, or remote.

Image: A hand is shown gently touching the control panel of the eufy RoboVac 35C, illustrating its "Clean with a Gentle Touch" feature. The panel displays illuminated icons for power, spot cleaning, and return to base, indicating the ease of direct control.
2. Cleaning Modes
The RoboVac offers multiple cleaning modes: Auto, Spot, Edge, and Quick Clean. Select the appropriate mode via the app or remote control for different cleaning needs. The RoboVac utilizes a 3-point cleaning system to effectively pick up dirt, dust, and debris.
3. BoostIQ Technology
The BoostIQ feature automatically increases suction power when extra vacuuming strength is needed, such as on carpets or heavily soiled areas. This ensures optimal cleaning performance across various floor types, from hard floors to medium-pile carpets.

4. Suction Power and Battery Life
The RoboVac 35C provides up to 1500Pa of strong suction. In standard suction mode (suitable for hardwood floors), it offers approximately 100 minutes of continuous cleaning. When BoostIQ mode is active (e.g., on carpeting), the battery life is approximately 60 minutes.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal performance of your RoboVac. Perform these steps regularly to ensure efficient cleaning and prolong the lifespan of your device.
1. Emptying the Dust Collector
The 0.6L dustbin should be emptied after each cleaning cycle, especially if cleaning heavily soiled areas or pet hair. Press the release button to remove the dust collector, open its lid, and discard the collected debris. Close the lid and reinsert the dust collector until it clicks into place.
2. Cleaning the Rolling Brush
Periodically remove the rolling brush cover and the rolling brush itself. Use the cleaning tool provided to remove any hair or debris tangled around the brush. Reinstall the rolling brush and its cover.
3. Cleaning Side Brushes
Check the side brushes for tangled hair or debris. If necessary, gently pull them off, clean them, and reattach them. Replace worn or damaged side brushes to maintain effective edge cleaning.
4. Cleaning the Filter
The RoboVac 35C uses a triple-layer high-performance filter. Tap the filter to remove loose dirt. For a more thorough clean, gently brush off any remaining debris. Filters should be replaced every 3-6 months depending on usage.
5. Cleaning Sensors and Charging Pins
Wipe the drop sensors, infrared sensors, and charging pins on both the RoboVac and the charging base with a clean, dry cloth. This prevents errors and ensures proper navigation and charging.
Troubleshooting
If your RoboVac encounters issues, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- RoboVac gets stuck frequently: Ensure all cables, small objects, and loose throw rugs are cleared from the cleaning path. Use boundary strips to block off areas with low-hanging furniture or complex obstacles.
- RoboVac cannot find its charging base: Ensure the charging base is placed in an open area with sufficient clearance (3 feet front, 1 foot sides). Clean the charging pins on both the RoboVac and the base. If the RoboVac is in a different room, it may take longer to locate the base.
- Wi-Fi connection issues: Verify your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz signal. The RoboVac does not support 5GHz networks. Ensure your mobile device is connected to the 2.4GHz network during setup. Restart your router and RoboVac if issues persist.
- Reduced suction power or poor cleaning: Empty the dust collector. Clean the rolling brush, side brushes, and filter. Replace the filter if it is old or heavily soiled.
- RoboVac makes unusual noises: Check the rolling brush and side brushes for any foreign objects or tangled hair. Clean them thoroughly.
- Battery not charging or holding charge: Ensure the RoboVac is properly seated on the charging base and the power adapter is connected. If the battery is old, it may need replacement.
