Setup and Assembly
The BestMassage office chair is designed for easy assembly. Please follow the steps below. An assembly video is also provided for visual guidance.

Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Take the chair leg center hub and attach the chair leg ends into place. Use 10 x A-19 screws and the included Allen wrench tool to firmly tighten the screws.
- Attach Swivel Wheels: Take 5 swivel wheels and firmly attach them to the base legs by pushing them into the designated holes until they click into place.
- Install Center Support Bracket: Attach the center support bracket to the center of the wheel base.
- Insert Lift Cylinder: Insert the lift cylinder into the center of the wheel base.
- Attach Lever Bracket to Seat Cushion: Attach the adjustment lever bracket onto the bottom of the chair seat. Place 4 x A-9 screws in the bracket by hand, then tighten with the Allen wrench tool.
- Attach Connection Bracket to Chair Back: Open the seat-back cushion flap and attach the connection bracket. Securely fasten the bracket using 4 x A-3 screws and the Allen wrench tool.
- Connect Seat Cushion to Chair Back: Fasten the seat cushion onto the chair back by connecting the two brackets. Secure the connection using 4 x A-1 screws and the Allen wrench tool.
- Attach Chair Arms: Attach the two chair arms using the Allen tool and 2 x R-4 screws for each arm.
- Connect Chair Body to Wheel Base: Connect the assembled chair body to the wheel base by inserting the lift cylinder into the mechanism on the underside of the seat, locking the chair into place.
Operating Instructions
Your BestMassage office chair offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort.
Adjustable Height
To adjust the chair's height, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. While standing, the chair will rise. While seated, the chair will lower. Release the lever to lock the height in position.

Recliner Function (Rocking Mechanism)
The chair features a rocking mechanism for reclining. Pull the lever on the left side of the seat outwards to unlock the rocking function. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright position.

Tilt Tension Adjustment
To adjust the resistance of the rocking mechanism, turn the round knob located underneath the seat, towards the front. Turn clockwise for increased tension (less rocking) and counter-clockwise for decreased tension (more rocking).

360-Degree Swivel
The chair is equipped with a 360-degree swivel function, allowing for easy rotation without moving the base.

Lumbar Support and Headrest
The chair features integrated lumbar support and a headrest designed to provide comfort and support during extended sitting periods. The widened backrest is designed to better fit the curves of the human body, reducing pressure on the cervical spine and lumbar area.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the PU leather.
- Tightening Screws: Periodically check and tighten all screws, especially those on the armrests and base, to ensure stability and prevent loosening over time.
- Caster Care: Keep the casters free of debris (hair, dust, etc.) to ensure smooth rolling. If casters become stiff or noisy, they may need cleaning or replacement.
- Padding Care: While the chair features high-density foam, prolonged heavy use may lead to some compression. Rotate sitting positions if possible to distribute wear.
Troubleshooting
