Setup
1. Battery Installation and Charging
- Open the battery compartment cover located on the bottom of the camera.
- Insert the provided lithium battery, ensuring the correct polarity as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
- Connect the camera to a power source using the supplied USB cable to charge the battery. The charging indicator light will illuminate.
- Charging is complete when the indicator light turns off or changes color (refer to camera display for specific indication).
2. SD Card Installation
The camera supports SD cards up to 32 GB (not included).
- Locate the SD card slot, usually near the battery compartment.
- Insert the SD card with the metal contacts facing the front of the camera until it clicks into place.
- To remove, gently push the SD card until it pops out.
Operating the Camera
1. Powering On/Off
Press and hold the Power button (refer to Figure 3) to turn the camera on or off.
2. Taking Photos
- Turn on the camera. The LCD screen will display the live view.
- Use the Mode button to select your desired shooting mode (e.g., Auto, Scene Modes).
- To zoom in or out, use the zoom controls, typically labeled 'W' (Wide) and 'T' (Telephoto). The camera features 8x digital zoom.
- Press the shutter button halfway down to focus. Once focused, press it fully to capture the photo.

Scene Modes and Special Features:
- Scene Modes: Select from various scene modes like Car, Landscape, Portrait, Night, Night Portrait, High Light Sensitivity, and Beach to optimize settings for different environments.
- Flash Modes: Adjust flash settings (Auto, Force, Off, Red-eye Reduction) as needed.
- Self-Timer: Use the self-timer (2s/5s/10s) for delayed shots.

3. Recording Videos
- Switch the camera to video recording mode using the Mode button.
- Press the shutter button to start recording. The camera records in 720p HD resolution.
- Press the shutter button again to stop recording.
4. Playback Mode

- Enter playback mode using the designated button (often labeled with a play icon or 'Playback').
