5. Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your Moen Brecklyn kitchen faucet. Ensure the main water supply is turned off before proceeding.
5.1 Prepare the Sink Area
- Clear the area around the sink.
- If replacing an old faucet, remove it and clean the sink surface.
- Determine if you will use the included deck plate for 3-hole installation or install directly into a single hole.

5.2 Install the Faucet Body
- If using the deck plate, place it over the sink holes.
- Insert the faucet body through the center hole (and deck plate if used).
- From underneath the sink, secure the faucet with the provided mounting hardware. Ensure the faucet is oriented correctly.
5.3 Connect Supply Lines
- Connect the flexible supply lines (3/8" compression fittings) from the faucet to your hot and cold water supply valves. Hand-tighten, then use a wrench for a quarter turn. Do not overtighten.

5.4 Connect Sprayer Hose and Weight
- Connect the pull-out sprayer hose to the designated port under the faucet. The Duralock quick connect system simplifies this step.
- Attach the weight to the sprayer hose at the indicated position to ensure smooth retraction of the pull-out sprayer.

5.5 Test the Faucet
