Setup Guide

1. Connecting the Mouse:

The Redragon M908 is a wired gaming mouse. To connect it to your computer:

  1. Locate an available USB port on your computer.
  2. Insert the USB connector of the Redragon M908 mouse into the USB port.
  3. The mouse will typically be recognized automatically by your operating system.

2. Software Installation:

For full customization of DPI settings, programmable buttons, macro shortcuts, and RGB lighting, it is recommended to install the official Redragon software. This software is compatible with Windows 2000/ME/XP/03/VISTA/7/8/10 systems.

Operating Instructions

DPI Adjustment:

The M908 mouse features 5 adjustable DPI levels for quick sensitivity changes. These default levels are 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, and 6200 DPI. You can cycle through these levels using the dedicated DPI buttons on the mouse. For finer control, the DPI can be adjusted in increments of 100 from 200 to 12400 via the software.

Programmable Buttons:

The mouse is equipped with 18 programmable buttons, including 12 side buttons, allowing for extensive customization. These buttons can be assigned various functions, macros, or shortcuts through the Redragon software. The mouse also supports 5 memory profiles, each identifiable by a dedicated light color, enabling quick switching between different button configurations for various games or applications.

Rapid Fire Key:

A dedicated Rapid Fire Key is available for quick, repeated actions, providing a tactical advantage in certain gaming scenarios. This button's function can also be customized via the software.

Weight Tuning System:

The M908 includes an 8-piece weight tuning set (8 x 2.4g weights) located in a compartment on the underside of the mouse. This allows you to adjust the mouse's weight and balance to suit your personal preference, enhancing control and comfort during use.

RGB Backlight Customization:

The mouse features vibrant RGB LED backlighting with 16.8 million color options. You can customize the lighting effects and colors through the Redragon software. Various lighting modes such as Wave, Full Lighted, Rainbow, Breathing, Go Without Trace, Reactive, and Flash are available. The LED backlight can also be disabled if preferred.
