Before you begin, ensure all items are present in the package:

Note: A power supply is NOT included with this phone and must be purchased separately if Power over Ethernet (PoE) is not available.

Setup

1. Attaching the Desk Stand

Align the tabs on the desk stand with the slots on the back of the phone. Press firmly until the stand clicks into place. You can adjust the angle by selecting different slots.

2. Connecting Cables

Locate the ports on the back of the phone:

3. Initial Boot-up

Once connected, the phone will power on and begin its boot-up sequence. This may take a few minutes as it obtains network settings and registers with your IP PBX system. The display will show progress messages.

Troubleshooting

  • Try using the speakerphone to determine if the issue is with the handset.
  • Check network performance.
  • Move phone away from other electronic devices that may cause interference.
