2. Safety Information

• Always ensure all parts are securely fastened before placing birds inside the cage.
• Keep small children and pets away during assembly to prevent accidents.
• Regularly inspect the cage for any damaged or loose parts that could harm your birds.
• Do not hang heavy objects on the cage or stand, as this may cause instability.
• Ensure the cage is placed on a stable, level surface. The swivel casters should be locked when the cage is in its desired position to prevent unintended movement.

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the Yaheetech XL Bird Cage is designed to be straightforward. Follow the included assembly instructions for detailed, step-by-step guidance. Ensure all connections are secure for stability.

1. Assemble the Stand: Begin by assembling the metal stand components. Attach the legs to the base and secure the bottom storage shelf. Install the 360° swivel casters onto the bottom of the stand legs. Ensure the casters are firmly attached and can rotate freely.
2. Assemble the Cage Panels: Connect the side, front, and back panels of the cage according to the provided diagrams. Secure them using the designated clips or screws.
3. Install the Roof: Attach the roof section to the top of the assembled cage panels.
4. Insert Trays and Grids: Slide the bottom grid into place above the removable plastic bottom tray. Ensure the tray slides in and out smoothly for easy cleaning.
5. Attach Accessories: Install the wooden perches by hooking them onto the cage bars at desired heights. Attach the plastic feeders and waterers by sliding them into the designated openings on the cage doors. Place the swing, ladder, and other toys inside the cage as desired.

5. Operating Instructions

• Access Doors: The cage features multiple doors for convenient access to your birds and for placing/removing accessories. Ensure all doors are securely latched after use to prevent escapes.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

• Daily Cleaning: Remove and clean the plastic feeders and waterers daily. Replace fresh food and water.
• Tray Cleaning: The removable plastic bottom tray and bottom grid can be easily pulled out for cleaning. Dispose of waste and clean the tray with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry before reinserting.
• Cage Cleaning: Periodically wipe down the cage bars and frame with a damp cloth and a bird-safe disinfectant. Ensure no residue remains.
