3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

  1. Ensure the impact gun is switched off.
  2. Align the battery pack with the battery port at the base of the tool handle.
  3. Slide the battery pack into the port until it clicks securely into place.
  4. To remove, press the battery release button and slide the battery pack out.

3.2 Attaching Sockets

  1. Ensure the impact gun is switched off and the battery is removed for safety.
  2. Select the appropriate 1/2" drive impact-rated socket for your application.
  3. Push the socket firmly onto the 1/2" square drive anvil until it is securely seated by the retaining ring.
  4. To remove, pull the socket off the anvil.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

The tool is powered on by pressing the trigger switch and powered off by releasing it. The progressive trigger allows for variable speed control based on how far it is pressed.

4.2 Speed/Torque Regulation

The BCL33IW2 features two speed/torque settings. Use the speed selector switch, typically located near the trigger, to choose between the two positions:

4.3 Tightening and Loosening (Forward/Reverse)

The direction of rotation is controlled by a one-handed switch, usually located above the trigger. Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (tightening) and to the right for reverse rotation (loosening).

4.4 LED Battery Level Indicator
