Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up your portable air conditioner for optimal performance.
1. Positioning the Unit
Place the unit on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 20 inches (50 cm) of clear space around the unit for proper air circulation.
2. Window Kit Installation
The window sealing kit is designed to fit most standard vertical and horizontal sliding windows. Adjust the window sealing plate to the length of your window opening and secure it. Ensure a tight seal to prevent air leakage.

3. Exhaust Hose Attachment
Attach one end of the flexible exhaust hose to the exhaust outlet on the back of the AC unit. Secure the other end of the hose to the opening in the window sealing plate. Ensure both connections are firm to prevent hot air from re-entering the room.

4. Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is suitable for the unit's power requirements.
Operating Instructions
Your SereneLife Portable AC can be operated using the digital control panel on the unit or the included remote control.

Control Panel & Remote Functions:
- Power Button: Turns the unit ON or OFF.
- Mode Button: Cycles through Cooling, Fan, and Dry (Dehumidifier) modes.
- Temperature Adjustment Buttons (▲/▼): Adjusts the desired temperature setting.
- Speed Button: Changes the fan speed (High, Medium, Low).
- Swing Button: Activates or deactivates the automatic swing of the air vents.
- Timer Button: Sets the 24-hour timer for automatic ON/OFF operation.
Operating Modes:
- Cooling Mode: Provides powerful cooling for your room. Set your desired temperature using the temperature adjustment buttons.
- Fan Mode: Circulates air without cooling. Use this mode for air circulation when cooling is not needed.
- Dry (Dehumidifier) Mode: Removes excess moisture from the air. In this mode, ensure the drainage hose is properly connected to a drain or collection container.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your unit.
1. Filter Cleaning
The unit features a removable, washable double-layer filter. Clean the filter regularly (every two weeks or more often depending on usage) to maintain air quality and cooling efficiency.
- Unplug the unit from the power outlet.
- Locate and remove the filter from the back of the unit.
- Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the unit. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
2. Drainage
When operating in Dehumidifier mode, or if the internal water tank becomes full in Cooling mode, the unit will require drainage. The unit offers both manual and automatic drainage options.
- Manual Drainage: When the internal tank is full, the unit will beep and display an indicator. Turn off the unit, place a suitable container under the drainage outlet at the bottom, and remove the drain plug to empty the water.
- Automatic Drainage: For continuous operation in Dehumidifier mode, attach the included water pipe to the drainage outlet and direct it to a floor drain or a larger collection container.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your unit, refer to the following common problems and solutions before contacting support.
