Setup

Control Dials

• Temperature Dial: Adjusts the cooking temperature from 150°F to 450°F (65°C to 232°C). For broiling or toasting, set to the highest temperature.
• Function Dial: Selects the cooking mode: Bake, Broil, Toast, or Convection.
• Timer Dial: Sets the cooking time up to 30 minutes. It includes a 'Stay On' function for longer cooking times and an automatic shutoff with a ready bell. To use the timer, rotate past 10 minutes, then set to the desired time. For 'Stay On', push the two buttons on the side of the knob and turn to the left.
