2. Safety Information

WARNING: Read all safety instructions before operating this product.

  • Use only with non-corrosive, non-solvent, water-based cleaning solutions. Using flammable or corrosive solvents can cause fire, explosion, or damage to the unit.
  • Ensure the power cord and plug are in good condition before each use. Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug.
  • Keep hands and loose clothing away from moving parts during operation.
  • Always unplug the unit from the power source before performing any maintenance, cleaning, or when not in use.
  • Do not submerge the entire unit (excluding the pump) in liquid. The pump is designed for submersion, but other electrical components are not.
  • Operate the parts washer in a well-ventilated area.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

3. Package Contents

Verify that all items are present in the package:

  • 1x Parts Washer Basin
  • 1x Submersible Pump with Power Cord
  • 1x Hard Bristle Cleaning Brush with Hose

A standard 5-gallon bucket is required for operation and is not included.

4. Setup Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bucket: Obtain a clean, standard 5-gallon bucket.
  2. Position the Pump: Place the submersible pump at the bottom of the 5-gallon bucket. The pump is equipped with suction cups to help secure it to the bucket's base.
  3. Connect the Hose: Attach the hose from the cleaning brush to the outlet of the submersible pump. Ensure the connection is secure.
  4. Place the Basin: Position the parts washer basin on top of the 5-gallon bucket. The basin is designed to fit securely over the bucket's rim.
  5. Add Cleaning Solution: Pour your chosen non-corrosive, non-solvent, water-based cleaning solution into the basin. Ensure the liquid level is sufficient to cover the pump when it is placed in the bucket, but do not overfill the basin.

5. Operation

  1. Power On: Plug the pump's power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The pump will begin to circulate the cleaning solution through the brush.
  2. Clean Parts: Place the parts to be cleaned into the basin. Use the hard bristle brush, which delivers a continuous flow of cleaning solution, to scrub and degrease the parts.
  3. Drainage: The basin features a channel drainage system designed to catch waste material and return the cleaning solution to the bucket, allowing larger debris to settle at the bottom of the basin.
  4. Power Off: Once cleaning is complete, unplug the pump from the electrical outlet.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your parts washer.

  • Cleaning the Basin: After each use, or as needed, remove the basin from the bucket and clean any accumulated debris. Rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Cleaning Solution Replacement: Replace the cleaning solution regularly, especially when it becomes heavily soiled or its effectiveness diminishes. Dispose of used cleaning solution according to local environmental regulations.
  • Pump Inspection: Periodically inspect the submersible pump for any blockages or debris that may affect its operation. Unplug the pump before inspection.
  • Brush Cleaning: Clean the bristles of the brush after use to prevent buildup and maintain cleaning effectiveness.
