5. Maintenance and Cleaning

5.1 Aqualysis Cleaning Assistant

The Aqualysis cleaning system uses water vapor to soften food residues, making them easier to wipe away.

  1. Pour approximately 400 ml of water into the bottom of the oven cavity.
  2. Add a drop of dish soap to the water.
  3. Select the Aqualysis function (refer to your control panel for the specific symbol).
  4. Run the program.
  5. Once the program is complete and the oven has cooled, wipe the interior with a soft cloth.

5.2 Titan Non-Stick Enamel

The oven interior is coated with Titan non-stick enamel, which helps prevent food from sticking and simplifies cleaning. For daily cleaning, wipe the interior with a damp cloth after each use once the oven has cooled.

5.3 Cleaning the Oven Door

The oven door features multiple glass panes. For external cleaning, use a soft cloth and mild detergent. If grease or oil has seeped between the glass panes, cleaning can be challenging. Consult a service technician if internal door glass cleaning is required, as disassembling the door may be necessary. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals on the glass.

6. Troubleshooting

Before contacting customer service, please refer to the following common issues and solutions:

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Oven does not heat up. No power supply; incorrect function/temperature setting. Check power connection and circuit breaker. Verify function and temperature settings.
Oven fan continues to run after cooking. Normal cooling process. This is normal. The cooling fan will run for a period (approx. 10-15 minutes) after the oven is switched off to cool down internal components.
Oven does not stop after the set time. Incorrect programming for automatic shut-off. Ensure you have set a specific cooking duration or end time. If only a start time was programmed, manual shut-off may be required.
Uneven cooking results. Incorrect rack position; overloaded oven; door opened too frequently. Use recommended rack positions. Avoid overloading. Minimize opening the oven door during cooking. Utilize 3D Professional Hot Air function for multi-level cooking.
Child lock cannot be deactivated. Incorrect deactivation procedure. Refer to the specific instructions in the operating section or on the control panel for deactivating the child lock.
