Introduction

The Nerf Elite Digital Target is designed to enhance your Nerf blasting experience with interactive lights, sounds, and multiple game modes. It's perfect for sharpening your aim, practicing solo, or engaging in competitive team play. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your digital target.

Note: 3 AA batteries are required and not included. Nerf blasters and darts are sold separately.

Setup

  1. Battery Installation:
    • Locate the battery compartment on the back of the target.
    • Using a Phillips head screwdriver (not included), unscrew the battery compartment cover.
    • Insert 3 new AA (LR6) alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
    • Replace the cover and tighten the screw.
  2. Stand Setup:

    The Nerf Elite Digital Target features an adjustable stand for tabletop use or can be wall-mounted.

    • To use the stand, pull out the integrated kickstand from the back of the target.
    • Adjust the kickstand to your desired angle for optimal stability and visibility. The stand has multiple grooves to set different angles.

  3. Wall Mounting (Optional):
    • For wall mounting, locate the keyhole slots on the back of the target.
    • Use appropriate hardware (screws, anchors - not included) suitable for your wall type.
    • Ensure the target is securely mounted before use.

Operating Instructions

The Nerf Elite Digital Target offers three interactive game modes with lights and sounds to keep track of your score.

  1. Power On/Off:
    • Locate the ON/OFF switch on the side of the target.
    • Slide the switch to the "ON" position to power up the target. You will hear a startup sound.
  2. Selecting Game Modes:
    • Press the "Mode" button on the front panel to cycle through the available game modes. The digital display will show the current mode.
    • Press the "Selection" button to confirm your chosen game mode.
  3. Game Modes Overview:
    • Mode 1 (Points Accumulation): Hit any target zone to score points. The center bullseye is worth 50 points, inner rings 20 points, and outer rings 10 points. The digital display will show your accumulated score.
    • Mode 2 (Speed Challenge): Target zones will light up randomly. Hit the lit-up zone as quickly as possible to score. The faster you hit, the higher your score.
    • Mode 3 (Accuracy Test): Specific target zones will light up in a sequence. Hit them in the correct order to progress and score maximum points.
  4. Solo and Team Play:
    • The digital scoreboard supports both solo and team play scoring.
    • In team play, players take turns, and the target will track scores for each team.

Troubleshooting
