Operating Guidelines
Water Resistance:
This watch is water resistant up to 3 ATM (30 meters). This means it is suitable for everyday use and can withstand splashes or brief immersion in water. It is not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving. Avoid operating the crown while the watch is wet.
General Care:
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or strong magnetic fields.
- Wipe the watch with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and moisture.
- Avoid contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetics, as they may damage the case, band, or gaskets.
Maintenance
Battery Replacement:
The watch is powered by 1 Lithium Metal battery (included). When the watch stops or the second hand moves erratically, it indicates that the battery needs replacement. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.
Cleaning:
For the stainless steel band and case, use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and a mild soap. Wipe gently, then dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
Troubleshooting
- Watch has stopped:
This usually indicates a depleted battery. Refer to the "Battery Replacement" section. If the watch still does not operate after battery replacement, contact customer support.
- Date changes at noon:
The AM/PM setting is incorrect. Pull the crown out to the second click position and advance the time by 12 hours. Then, reset the time to the current hour.
- Water inside the watch:
Immediately take the watch to a qualified technician for inspection and repair to prevent further damage.
