Setup

Powering On

Slide the main Power ON/OFF switch on the rear of the timer to the 'ON' position to activate the device.

Operating Instructions

Setting the Clock

1. Ensure the timer is powered on.
2. Press and hold the 'MIN' button for 2 seconds. The hour display will begin to flash.
3. Use the 'SEC' button to adjust the hours.
4. Press the 'MIN' button again to switch to minute adjustment. The minute display will flash.
5. Use the 'SEC' button to adjust the minutes.
6. Press the 'MIN' button once more to confirm and exit clock setting mode.

Note: This timer does not feature a 24-hour mode or seconds setting for the clock.

Using the Countdown Timer

1. From the main display, press and release the 'MIN' button repeatedly to set the desired minutes.
2. Press and release the 'SEC' button repeatedly to set the desired seconds.
3. To start the countdown, press the 'START/STOP' button. The timer will begin counting down.
4. To pause the countdown, press the 'START/STOP' button again. Press it once more to resume.
5. When the countdown reaches zero, the selected alarm(s) will activate.
6. To reset the timer to 0, press the 'MIN' and 'SEC' buttons simultaneously.

Using the Stopwatch

1. Ensure the timer is reset to 0 (press 'MIN' and 'SEC' simultaneously if needed).
2. Press the 'START/STOP' button to begin counting up.
3. To pause the stopwatch, press the 'START/STOP' button again. Press it once more to resume.
4. To reset the stopwatch to 0, press the 'MIN' and 'SEC' buttons simultaneously while the stopwatch is paused.
