• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 17.6 lbs for the desktop and 5 lbs for the keyboard tray.
• Ensure all screws and connections are securely tightened before use.

• Avoid placing heavy objects on the edges of the desktop or keyboard tray to prevent tipping.

3. Setup and Assembly

The VIVO DESK-V001G requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps to set up your desk converter:

1. Step 1: Attach Keyboard Tray Bracket
   Place the main desk riser unit on a stable surface. Squeeze the handle to raise the desktop slightly, providing access to the underside. Align the keyboard tray bracket with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the main unit. Secure it using the provided screws and screwdriver.
2. Step 2: Mount Keyboard Tray
   Align the keyboard tray with the attached bracket. Secure it using the remaining screws. Ensure the tray is firmly attached and stable.

4. Operating Instructions

The VIVO DESK-V001G features a gas spring lift system for smooth height adjustment.

1. Adjusting Height: To raise or lower the desk converter, locate the adjustment handle on the right side of the upper desktop. Squeeze the handle firmly and gently guide the desktop to your desired height. Release the handle to lock the desktop in place. The desk converter offers a height range from 5 inches to 16 inches.
2. Work Surface Usage: The upper desktop measures 25" x 18" and is designed to hold your monitor, laptop, and other essential items. The lower tier, measuring 25" x 10", provides space for your keyboard and mouse.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and proper function of your desk converter.

• Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the finish.
• Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
• Lubrication: The gas spring mechanism is designed for maintenance-free operation. Do not attempt to lubricate internal components.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your VIVO DESK-V001G, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Difficulty Adjusting Height:
  • Ensure the adjustment handle is fully squeezed when attempting to move the desktop.
  • Check if the weight on the desktop exceeds the maximum capacity (17.6 lbs). Remove excess weight if needed.
  • Verify that no cables or objects are obstructing the lift mechanism.
• Wobbling:
  • Ensure the desk converter is placed on a flat, stable surface.
  • Check all assembly screws for tightness, especially those connecting the main unit and keyboard tray.
• Keyboard Tray Not Level:
  • Re-check the attachment of the keyboard tray to its bracket and the bracket to the main unit. Ensure all screws are evenly tightened.
