Operating Instructions
The GASTROBACK frother offers four automatic programs for various milk preparations.

- Insert Whisk: Place the whisk attachment securely onto the spindle inside the jug.
- Add Milk/Ingredients: Pour the desired amount of milk into the jug. Observe the MAX/MIN markings.
- For milk foam (hot or cold): Fill milk between MIN and MAX FROTH lines.
- For hot milk: Fill milk between MIN and MAX MILK lines.
- For hot chocolate: Add milk up to the MAX MILK line and add chocolate pieces or powder.
This frother is compatible with fresh milk of all fat levels, UHT milk, lactose-free milk, and even goat or sheep milk.
- Close Lid: Place the lid firmly on the jug.
- Select Program: Press the desired program button on the base unit. The illuminated control element will indicate the selected program.
- Cappuccino Milk Foam: For firm, creamy hot milk foam.
- Cold Foam: For cold milk foam, ideal for iced coffees or desserts.
- Hot Milk: For heating milk without frothing.
- Hot Chocolate: For melting chocolate into hot milk.
- Start: The appliance will start automatically after program selection.
- Automatic Shut-off: The frother will automatically stop once the program is complete.
