4. Setup
4.1. USB Connection
- Connect one end of the provided USB cable to the USB port on the Polycom VoxBox.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer (desktop or laptop).
- The device will be recognized automatically by your operating system (Mac or PC) and will be ready for use as an audio input and output device.
- When connected via USB, the VoxBox also charges its internal battery.
4.2. Bluetooth Pairing

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Making and Receiving Calls
- Answering a Call: When an incoming call is detected, the phone icon button on the VoxBox will illuminate. Press the phone icon button to answer the call.
- Ending a Call: During an active call, press the phone icon button again to end the call.
- Initiating a Call: Initiate calls directly from your connected device. The audio will automatically route through the VoxBox once the call is established.
5.2. Volume Control
Use the dedicated Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons on the VoxBox to adjust the speaker volume to your preferred level. The volume is fully adjustable and can be loud enough for a medium-sized room.
5.3. Mute Function
To mute the microphone during a call, press the microphone mute button. The button will typically illuminate red to indicate that the microphone is muted. Press the button again to unmute the microphone.
5.4. Battery Management
