6. Maintenance
The Silverlite Legental LED Mini Puck bulb requires minimal maintenance. To ensure optimal performance and longevity:
- Cleaning: Always turn off the power to the fixture before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the bulb and fixture. Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- No User-Serviceable Parts: The bulb contains no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the bulb.
7. Troubleshooting
- Flickering: If the bulb flickers, ensure it is not connected to a dimmer switch or a ceiling fan with an internal device that controls both speed and light on the same wire (e.g., some Hunter ceiling fans). This bulb is non-dimmable. If dimming functionality is required, please purchase a dimmable version of the bulb.
- Bulb Not Lighting:
- Check that the power to the fixture is on at the circuit breaker and the wall switch.
- Ensure the bulb is correctly inserted and securely locked into the GU24 socket.
- If the issue persists, try the bulb in a different compatible fixture to rule out a fixture problem.
