4. Setup

5.1 Microwave Functions
Turn the left dial to the 'レンジ' (Microwave) section. Available modes include:
- 自動あたため (Automatic Reheat): For general reheating of food. The oven detects the food's temperature and adjusts heating time.
- 手動あたため (Manual Reheat): Allows you to set the heating time and power level manually.
- 飲み物 (Beverages): Optimized for heating drinks.
- 冷凍ごはん (Frozen Rice): Specific setting for reheating frozen rice.
- 解凍 (Defrost): For thawing frozen foods.
5.2 Oven Functions
Turn the left dial to the 'オーブン' (Oven) section. Available modes include:
- 予熱あり (Preheat): Heats the oven to a set temperature before cooking.
- 予熱なし (No Preheat): Starts cooking immediately without preheating.
- 発酵 (Fermentation): Maintains a temperature of 40°C, ideal for dough proofing.
Oven Temperature Control: Temperatures can be set from 100°C to 250°C in 10°C increments. Note that operation at 210-250°C is limited to approximately 3 minutes, after which the oven automatically switches to 200°C to prevent overheating.
