4. Setup

4.1 Connecting to PC (with Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound)

1. Connect the headset's 3.5mm jack to the Dolby Headphone 7.1 PC USB adapter.
2. Plug the USB adapter into an available USB port on your PC.
3. Your PC should automatically detect the headset.
4. For full functionality, including Dolby Headphone 7.1 Surround Sound and advanced EQ settings, download and install the CORSAIR Utility Engine (CUE) software from the official CORSAIR website.

4.2 Connecting to Consoles (PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One) and Mobile Devices

1. Connect the headset's 3.5mm jack directly to your console controller (e.g., PS4 controller, Xbox One controller) or mobile device.
2. For Xbox One, a Microsoft adapter may be required and is sold separately.
3. Dolby Headphone 7.1 Surround Sound is only available on PC via the USB adapter. Consoles and mobile devices will receive full-range stereo sound.

4.3 Microphone Attachment

The unidirectional microphone is detachable. Align the microphone's 3.5mm plug with the port on the left ear cup and insert it firmly until it clicks into place. To remove, gently pull the microphone straight out from the port.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Volume Control

Adjust the audio volume using the volume roller located on the left ear cup. Roll it up to increase volume and down to decrease it.

5.2 Microphone Mute/Unmute

The microphone can be muted by flipping it up into the vertical position. To unmute, flip the microphone back down to the horizontal position. An LED indicator on the microphone will show its status (e.g., red for muted).

5.3 Dolby Headphone 7.1 Surround Sound (PC Only)

When connected to a PC via the USB adapter, Dolby Headphone 7.1 Surround Sound can be enabled or disabled through the CORSAIR Utility Engine (CUE) software. This feature provides immersive multi-channel positional audio for an enhanced gaming experience.

The CUE software allows for extensive customization of your headset, including:

• Microphone Not Working:
