4.3 Connecting to Camera (Wireless Mode)

For wireless operation, the receiver unit must be connected to your camera. The transmitter will then communicate wirelessly with the receiver.

  1. Attach the receiver to your camera's hot shoe or a suitable mounting point.
  2. Connect the shutter release cable from the receiver to your camera's remote control port.

5.1 Basic Shutter Functions

  • Single Shot: Press the 'TIMER START/STOP' button halfway to focus, then fully press to take a single photo.
  • Continuous Shooting: Refer to your camera's settings for continuous shooting mode. The remote will trigger shots based on camera settings when the 'TIMER START/STOP' button is fully pressed and held.
  • Bulb Mode: Set your camera to Bulb mode. On the remote, activate the 'LONG' (long exposure) function. Press 'TIMER START/STOP' to open the shutter, press again to close.

5.2 Timer Functions

The transmitter's LCD screen displays various parameters for timer control. Use the 'SET' button to cycle through settings and the arrow buttons to adjust values.

  • DELAY (Delay Timer): Sets a delay before the first shot is taken. Adjustable from 1 second up to 99 hours, 99 minutes, and 99 seconds.
  • LONG (Long Exposure/Bulb): Sets the duration of the shutter open time for long exposures. Adjustable from 1 second up to 99 hours, 99 minutes, and 99 seconds.
  • INTVL (Interval Timer): Sets the time interval between consecutive shots. Adjustable from 1 second up to 99 hours, 99 minutes, and 99 seconds.
  • N (Exposure Count): Sets the total number of exposures to be taken. Adjustable from 1 to 399 shots.

To start a timer plan, configure the desired DELAY, LONG, INTVL, and N settings, then press the 'TIMER START/STOP' button. The display will show the countdown or progress.
