4. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your pressure washer for first use:
- Assemble the Handle: Attach the handle to the main unit as per the diagrams in the separate assembly guide (if provided). Ensure it clicks securely into place.
- Connect the High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the 7-meter high-pressure hose to the outlet on the pressure washer unit and the other end to the high-pressure gun. Ensure connections are tight.
- Attach the Lance and Nozzle: Insert the lance into the high-pressure gun and then attach your desired nozzle (e.g., 3-in-1 nozzle or detergent nozzle) to the end of the lance.
- Connect Water Supply:
- Mains Water Supply: Connect a garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer unit. Ensure the clear water filter is installed. Connect the other end of the garden hose to a mains water tap.
- Self-Priming (Water Tank/Bucket): For self-priming operation, ensure the clear water filter is installed. Place the water inlet hose (not included) into a clean water source (e.g., a bucket or tank) at least 0.5 meters below the unit. Ensure the hose is fully submerged and free of air bubbles.
- Connect Power Supply: Plug the power cable into a suitable grounded electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
Before starting, ensure all connections are secure and the water supply is turned on.
5.1 Starting the Pressure Washer
- Turn on the water supply.
- Squeeze the trigger on the high-pressure gun to purge air from the system until a steady stream of water emerges.
- Turn the ON/OFF switch on the pressure washer unit to the "ON" position. The motor will start.
- Release the trigger to allow the motor to stop (if it has an auto-stop function).
5.2 Using the Nozzles
- 3-in-1 Nozzle: This versatile nozzle combines a fan jet, rotary jet, and pencil jet. Rotate the nozzle head to select the desired spray pattern for different cleaning tasks.
