4. Setup

Before using your air fryer for the first time, follow these steps:

  1. Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
  2. Clean the basket and pan thoroughly with hot water, some dishwashing liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge.
  3. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  4. Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and level surface. Do not place the appliance on non-heat-resistant surfaces.
  5. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of free space on the back and sides, and 10 cm of free space above the appliance.

5.1. Preheating

For best results, preheating is recommended for most foods.

  1. Plug the main plug into a grounded wall socket.
  2. Turn the temperature control knob to the desired temperature (e.g., 180°C).
  3. Turn the timer knob to 3-5 minutes. The power indicator light will illuminate.
  4. Once the set time has elapsed, the timer will ring, indicating preheating is complete.

5.2. Cooking

  1. Carefully pull the basket out of the air fryer using the Cool Touch handle.
  2. Place the ingredients into the basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
  3. Slide the basket back into the air fryer. Ensure it clicks securely into place. The appliance will not operate if the basket is not inserted correctly due to the safety switch.
  4. Set the desired temperature using the temperature control knob (80°C to 200°C).
  5. Set the desired cooking time using the timer knob (up to 60 minutes). The power and heating indicator lights will illuminate.
  6. Some ingredients may require shaking halfway through the preparation time. To shake the ingredients, pull the basket out of the appliance by the handle and shake it. Then slide the basket back into the air fryer.
  7. When the timer rings, the set preparation time has elapsed. Pull the basket out and check if the ingredients are ready.
  8. To remove small ingredients, pull the basket out and carefully empty it onto a plate. For larger ingredients, use tongs.
  9. Unplug the appliance after use.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.

  1. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
  2. Clean the basket and pan with hot water, dishwashing liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge. The non-stick coating makes cleaning easy.
  3. For stubborn residue, soak the basket and pan in hot water with some dishwashing liquid for approximately 10 minutes.
