Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Crane does not respond to transmitter.
  • Batteries are low or incorrectly installed.
  • Crane or transmitter is not powered on.
  • Interference from other 2.4 GHz devices.
  • Check and replace batteries in both crane and transmitter. Ensure correct polarity.
  • Verify power switches are in the "ON" position.
  • Move to an area with less interference.
Load hook cable gets tangled or stuck.
  • Cable is not winding properly.
  • Obstruction in the winding mechanism.
  • Operating the hook past its limit.
  • Gently untangle the cable.
  • Inspect the winding mechanism for debris.
  • Avoid forcing the hook beyond its natural stop points.
Trolley or turret movement is erratic.
