3.2 Power Connection

3.3 App Installation and Pairing

1. Download the official PETKIT app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).

4.1 Live View and Monitoring

Once paired, open the PETKIT app to access the live video feed from your Mate Pro. You can view your pet in 720p HD resolution with a 120° wide-angle lens.

4.2 Two-Way Audio Communication

The built-in microphone and speaker allow for two-way communication. Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak to your pet, and listen through the speaker to hear them.
