1. Safety Instructions

4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Battery

1. Connect the fast charger to a suitable power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will illuminate.
2. Slide the Power X-Change battery pack onto the charger until it clicks into place.
3. The charger's indicator light will change to show that charging is in progress. Refer to the charger's manual for specific light patterns.
4. Once the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will change again (e.g., solid green). Disconnect the battery from the charger.

4.2. Installing the Battery

1. Ensure the hedge trimmer is switched off and the blades are stationary.
2. Align the charged battery pack with the battery compartment on the hedge trimmer.
3. Slide the battery into the compartment until it securely locks into place with an audible click.
4. To remove the battery, press the release button(s) on the battery pack and slide it out of the compartment.
