3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking and Preparation
- Carefully remove the air mattress from its packaging.
- Unroll the mattress and lay it flat on a clean, level surface, free from sharp objects or debris. Ensure there is enough space around the mattress for inflation.
- Locate the integrated electric pump on the side of the mattress.
3.2 Inflation
- Ensure the manual valve cap (if present) is securely closed.
- Open the power cord compartment on the integrated pump and pull out the power cord.
- Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
- Turn the pump dial to the "INFLATE" position. The pump will begin to inflate the mattress.
- Allow the mattress to inflate to your desired firmness. Inflation typically takes approximately 90 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds for full firmness.
- Once inflated, turn the pump dial to the "OFF" position.
- Unplug the power cord and store it back in its compartment.
Note: The pump may be noisy during operation. This is normal. Do not overinflate the mattress as this can cause damage.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Adjusting Firmness
To adjust the firmness after initial inflation, you can briefly turn the pump dial to "INFLATE" for a few seconds to add more air, or slightly open the manual valve to release a small amount of air until the desired comfort level is achieved. Remember to close the manual valve securely afterwards.
4.2 Deflation
- Ensure the power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet.
- Turn the pump dial to the "DEFLATE" position. The pump will begin to extract air from the mattress.
- Allow the mattress to fully deflate. This process also takes approximately 90 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds.
- Once deflated, turn the pump dial to the "OFF" position.
- Unplug the power cord and store it back in its compartment.
4.3 Weight Capacity
The maximum weight capacity for this single air mattress is 120 kg (264 lbs). Do not exceed this weight limit to prevent damage to the mattress and ensure user safety.
4.4 Video Guide (If Available)
Please note: No official product videos from the seller were provided in the product data. If available, video guides for inflation, deflation, and general use can often be found on the manufacturer's website or product page.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
To clean the air mattress, wipe the flocked surface and PVC sides with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material. Ensure the mattress is completely dry before storing.
5.2 Storage
After deflating, fold the mattress neatly to minimize its size. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the folded mattress to prevent damage.
5.3 Puncture Repair
Your air mattress comes with a puncture repair kit. In case of a small puncture:
- Locate the puncture. You can do this by applying soapy water to the surface and looking for bubbles.
- Clean and dry the area around the puncture thoroughly.
- Cut a patch from the repair material slightly larger than the puncture.
- Apply adhesive (if provided separately in the kit) to the patch and firmly press it over the puncture.
- Allow the adhesive to cure completely as per the repair kit instructions before re-inflating the mattress.
6. Troubleshooting
- Mattress not inflating or deflating:
- Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Ensure the pump dial is correctly set to "INFLATE" or "DEFLATE".
- Verify that the manual valve cap is fully closed for inflation or open for deflation.
- Mattress losing air:
- Check that the pump dial is set to "OFF" and the power cord compartment is securely closed.
- Ensure the manual valve cap is tightly closed.
- Inspect the mattress surface for any punctures or leaks. Use the provided repair kit for small holes.
- Air mattresses can naturally stretch and soften over initial uses. This is not a leak. Re-inflate to desired firmness.
- Pump not working:
- Check the power source. Try plugging another appliance into the same outlet to confirm it is working.
- Ensure the pump is not overheated. If it has been running for an extended period, allow it to cool down before attempting to use it again.
