4. Maintenance
To maintain the appearance and longevity of your ZINUS Dachelle Platform Bed Frame, follow these simple care instructions:
- Cleaning: Wipe the upholstered surfaces and frame with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the fabric or finish.
- Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain structural integrity and prevent squeaks.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your ZINUS Dachelle Platform Bed Frame, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Squeaking Noises: Ensure all bolts are securely tightened. Loose connections are a common cause of squeaking. The bed frame is designed to be squeak-resistant, so re-checking assembly points is crucial.
- Stability Issues: Verify that the bed frame is assembled on a flat, level surface. Confirm that all legs are making firm contact with the floor and that all connections are properly secured.
- Missing Parts: Before assembly, ensure all parts listed in the instruction manual are present. Remember that smaller parts and tools are typically stored in the zippered compartment of the headboard. If parts are genuinely missing, contact ZINUS customer support.
