Zinus Platform Bed Frame Assembly Instructions

Identify all parts before beginning assembly. The following components are included:

  • A: Headboard/Footboard Panel
  • B: Side Rails
  • C: Center Support Rail
  • D: Support Legs
  • E: Support Brackets
  • F: Wood Slats
  • G: Support Feet (x4)
  • H: Allen Wrench (x1)
  • L: Bolts (x5)
  • M: Bolts (x1)
  • S: Bolts (x1)
  • P: Bolts (x1)

Complimentary Spare Parts:

  • L: Bolt (x1)
  • M: Bolt (x1)
  • S: Bolt (x1)
  • P: Bolt (x1)

Assembly Steps

  1. Step 1: Attach support feet (G) to the headboard/footboard panel (A) and side rails (B).
  2. Step 2: Assemble the center support structure. Connect the main support beams, ensuring they are securely fastened. The diagram shows two beams being connected at an angle, with a close-up showing how to insert and secure a component (D).
  3. Step 3: Attach the center support rail (C) to the assembled structure. The diagram shows a hand using an Allen wrench to tighten a bolt (L) connecting the center support rail to the side rails.
  4. Step 4: Attach the support brackets (E) to the side rails. The diagram shows a hand securing a bracket (E) to the side rail using a bolt (M), with a close-up view of the mechanism.
  5. Step 5: Connect the center support structure to the side rails. The diagram shows the center support structure being lowered into place between the side rails, with a close-up showing how to secure it using bolts (L).
  6. Step 6: Attach the headboard and footboard. The diagram shows the headboard (A) and footboard (B) being attached to the side rails, with bolts (G) being used to secure the feet. A hand is shown tightening a bolt.

  12. Step 12: Tighten all bolts. The diagram shows a hand using an Allen wrench to tighten bolts (P) on the center support structure. A note indicates to fully tighten all bolts after placing all side rails.
  13. Step 13: Place the wood slats (F) onto the bed frame. The diagram shows a person laying the wood slats across the frame.

  15. Step 15: The final assembled bed frame is shown.

Important Note: Slightly loosen all bolts before assembly. Fully tighten all bolts after placing all side rails.
