1. Charging the Eco-Drive

Your Citizen Eco-Drive watch is powered by light. To ensure optimal performance, expose the watch face to a light source (natural or artificial) regularly. A full charge can last for several months in the dark. Avoid prolonged storage in dark places to prevent the watch from stopping.

2. Setting the Time and Date

  1. Pull the crown out to the second click position. The second hand will move to the 0-second position.
  2. Rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hands. Ensure the 12/24 hour hand is also set correctly.
  3. Push the crown back to the normal position to start the watch.
  4. To set the date, pull the crown out to the first click position. Rotate the crown to adjust the date. Push the crown back to the normal position when done.

  1. Start/Stop: Press the upper button (A) to start the chronograph. Press it again to stop.
  2. Reset: While the chronograph is stopped, press the lower button (B) to reset all chronograph hands to the 0 position.
