Setup

Charging the PowerCore+ 26800:

1. Connect the included Micro-USB cable to the PowerCore+ 26800's input port.
2. Plug the other end of the Micro-USB cable into the included PowerPort+ 1 Wall Charger.
3. Plug the PowerPort+ 1 Wall Charger into a wall outlet.
4. The LED indicator on the PowerCore+ will illuminate to show charging progress. A full charge typically takes approximately 6.5 to 9 hours.

Note: For optimal charging performance, use the included Micro-USB cable or a certified third-party cable. An AC adapter is included (PowerPort+ 1 Wall Charger).

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Devices:

1. Connect your device to one of the PowerCore+ 26800's output ports (USB-A or USB-C) using your device's original charging cable or a certified third-party cable.
2. The PowerCore+ will automatically begin charging your device.
3. You can charge up to three devices simultaneously.

Important: Use your original Apple charging cable (not included) to charge Apple products. The PowerCore+ 26800 does not support Power Delivery fast charging for Apple devices. Not compatible with iPod nano, iPod Classic, HP TouchPad, Dell Venue 11 Pro, Moto X 2015, Asus tablets, or devices with an input below 50mAh.

Checking Battery Level:

Press the power button on the PowerCore+ 26800 to view the current battery level indicated by the LED lights.

Quick Charge 3.0 Technology:

For devices compatible with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0, connect them to the designated Quick Charge 3.0 port for accelerated charging. This can charge devices up to 80% in approximately 35 minutes.

Maintenance

• Store the PowerCore+ 26800 in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.

Troubleshooting

Device Not Charging:

• Try using a different charging cable or port on the power bank.
• Confirm your device is compatible with the power bank (refer to compatibility notes in Operating Instructions).

Slow Charging:

• Ensure you are using a high-quality, certified charging cable.
• For Quick Charge compatible devices, ensure you are using the Quick Charge 3.0 port.
• Charging multiple devices simultaneously may reduce the charging speed for individual devices.

Power Bank Not Recharging:

• Ensure the PowerPort+ 1 Wall Charger is properly connected to a working wall outlet.
• Try using a different Micro-USB cable or wall adapter.
