2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging.

- Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface.

5.1 Selecting a Cooking Mode
Turn the Mode Selector Knob to choose one of the following functions:
- Traditional Heat: Ideal for roasting meats, baking cakes, and general cooking. Heat comes from both top and bottom elements.
- Grill: Perfect for browning, toasting, and grilling thin cuts of meat or vegetables. Heat comes from the top element only.
- Pastry: Optimized for baking pastries, cookies, and delicate items.
- Bain-Marie: Suitable for gentle cooking or keeping food warm.
- Defrost Function: For thawing frozen foods.

5.2 Setting Temperature and Time
- Place your food inside the oven, on the grill rack or in an appropriate oven-safe dish.
- Turn the Temperature Knob to the desired temperature (100-240°C).
- Turn the Mode Selector Knob to the desired cooking function.
- Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time (up to 120 minutes). The oven will start heating. A red indicator light will illuminate.
- When the set time has elapsed, the oven will automatically turn off and a bell will sound.
- To stop cooking before the timer finishes, turn the Timer Knob to the 'OFF' position.
- For continuous cooking, turn the Timer Knob to the 'ON' position. You will need to manually turn it off when cooking is complete.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
