Package Contents
All parts, tools, and instructions for assembly are conveniently packed within a zippered compartment located in the back of the headboard. Please unzip and remove all components before starting assembly.

Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically takes less than an hour with two people. Follow the numbered steps provided in the included instruction sheet for detailed diagrams.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the headboard's zippered compartment. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Attach Side Rails: Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Ensure all connections are snug but do not overtighten initially.
- Install Support Legs: Screw the support legs into the designated points on the side rails and center support beam.
- Place Wood Slats: Unroll the wood slat foundation across the bed frame. The slats are connected by a fabric strap and often feature a velcro strip to secure them to the frame, preventing movement. Press down firmly to ensure the velcro adheres.
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, go back and securely tighten all bolts and screws.

Usage
The ZINUS Lottie Platform Bed Frame is designed to support any mattress type (latex, memory foam, or spring) directly on its durable wood slats, eliminating the need for a box spring. The integrated headboard provides comfort and stability.

- Cleaning: Wipe the upholstered surfaces with a dry cloth to remove dust and light debris. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all connections and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and prevent squeaking.
Troubleshooting
- Squeaking Noises: If the bed frame develops squeaking noises, check all bolts and screws for tightness. Ensure the wood slats are properly seated and the velcro is securely attached to the frame.
- Unstable Frame: If the frame feels unstable, verify that all legs are firmly attached and evenly touching the floor. Re-check all connections for proper assembly and tightness.
