Setup Instructions

For optimal safety and ease, it is recommended that two people set up this canopy tent.

  1. Unpack the Frame: Remove the folded frame from the carry bag and place it in the center of your desired setup area.
  2. Partially Expand the Frame: With one person at each end, gently pull the outer legs of the frame outwards, partially expanding it. Do not fully extend yet.
  3. Attach the Canopy Top: Drape the canopy top cover over the partially expanded frame. Align the corners of the canopy with the corners of the frame. Secure the canopy to the frame using the hook-and-loop fasteners or clips provided on the canopy.
  4. Fully Expand the Frame: Continue to pull the outer legs of the frame outwards until the frame is fully extended. Ensure all truss bars are straight and the frame is stable.
  5. Lock the Frame: Locate the thumb button locking mechanisms on each leg. Push these buttons and slide the leg connectors upwards until they click into place, securing the frame in its fully open position.
  6. Adjust Height: Press the thumb button on each leg to adjust the height. There are multiple height positions available (e.g., 8FT, 8.25FT, 8.5FT, 8.75FT). Ensure all four legs are set to the same height for stability.
  7. Secure the Tent: For outdoor use, always secure the tent using the provided ropes and stakes. Attach ropes to the canopy corners and stake them firmly into the ground at an angle.

  • Sun Protection: The polyester canopy with PU coating offers significant protection from sunlight.
  • Water Resistance: The canopy is waterproof with sealed seams to prevent water seepage. However, it is not designed for prolonged exposure to heavy rain.
  • Wind Resistance: The tent is designed to withstand moderate wind conditions when properly secured with ropes and stakes. Always monitor weather conditions and disassemble the tent if strong winds are expected.
  • Height Adjustment: Adjust the tent height as needed for various activities or ground conditions using the thumb button mechanism on each leg.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Canopy: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow the canopy to dry completely before folding and storing to prevent mildew.
  • Frame Care: The steel framework is powder-coated for rust and corrosion resistance. Wipe down the frame with a damp cloth if it becomes dirty. Inspect the frame periodically for any signs of damage or wear.
  • Storage: Always disassemble the tent and store it in the provided carry bag when not in use. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prolong its lifespan.
