2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven from its packaging. Remove all packing materials, including any protective films or stickers.
- Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the oven (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides and top) to prevent overheating. Do not place it near flammable materials or under wall cabinets.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash the grill rack and baking tray with warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- First Use Burn-off: Plug the oven into a grounded electrical outlet. Turn the temperature dial to maximum (240°C) and the function dial to the 'Traditional' mode (top + bottom heating). Set the timer for 15-20 minutes. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this initial burn-off; this is normal and will dissipate. Ensure the room is well-ventilated.
- Cool Down: After the burn-off cycle, turn the oven off and allow it to cool completely before storing or using.

- Convection (Top + Bottom + Fan): Ideal for even cooking and browning, suitable for roasts, poultry, and baked goods.
- Traditional (Top + Bottom): Perfect for classic baking and roasting, such as cakes, casseroles, and bread.
- Grill (Top): For grilling meats, vegetables, or toasting.
- Bain-Marie (Bottom): Gentle heating from below, suitable for delicate dishes or keeping food warm.
- Oven (Bottom + Fan): For dishes requiring heat primarily from the bottom with fan assistance for circulation.
- Defrost (Fan): Uses the fan to circulate air at room temperature, gently defrosting food.
Setting Temperature and Time
- Prepare Food: Place your food in an oven-safe dish on the grill rack or baking tray.
- Select Mode: Turn the Function Selector Dial to your desired cooking mode.
- Set Temperature: Turn the Temperature Control Dial to the required temperature (up to 240°C). The indicator light will illuminate.
- Set Timer: Turn the Timer Dial to the desired cooking duration (up to 120 minutes). The oven will begin heating.
- Monitor Cooking: The indicator light will cycle on and off as the oven maintains the set temperature.
