Setup
1. Charging the Power Bank
Before first use, fully charge your ZAGG Ignition 12 power bank. This ensures optimal battery performance.
- Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the micro-USB input port on the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB wall adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging status. All four LEDs will be solid when fully charged.
Note: A full charge may take several hours depending on the power source.
Operating Instructions
1. Charging Your Devices
The ZAGG Ignition 12 features two USB output ports for charging your devices.
- Connect your device's charging cable to one of the USB output ports on the power bank. One port provides 5V/2.1A output for faster charging, and the other provides 5V/1A.
- Connect the other end of your device's charging cable to your smartphone, tablet, or other compatible USB-powered device.
- The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The LED indicators will show the remaining power level.
Tip: Use the 2.1A port for devices that support faster charging, such as tablets, or when you need to charge a smartphone more quickly.
2. Using the LED Flashlight
The power bank includes a built-in LED flashlight for convenience.
- To turn on the flashlight, press and hold the power button for approximately 2-3 seconds.
- To turn off the flashlight, press and hold the power button again for approximately 2-3 seconds.
3. Checking Battery Level
Briefly press the power button to activate the LED indicators, which display the current battery level of the power bank.
- 4 LEDs: 75-100% charge
- 3 LEDs: 50-75% charge
- 2 LEDs: 25-50% charge
- 1 LED: 0-25% charge (recharge soon)
Maintenance
- Keep the power bank away from water, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
- Do not disassemble, puncture, or modify the device.
- Clean the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Store the power bank in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
- Recharge the power bank at least once every three months to maintain battery health, even if not in active use.
Troubleshooting
- Power bank not charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power source.
- Try a different USB charging cable or wall adapter.
- Verify the power source is active.
- Device not charging from power bank:
- Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge (check LED indicators).
- Verify your device's charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
- Try a different USB output port on the power bank.
- Try a different charging cable for your device.
- Ensure your device is compatible with USB charging.
- Flashlight not working:
- Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge.
- Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds to activate/deactivate the flashlight.
