3. Installation
The Lotus ATS-2000 is designed for easy DIY installation. All necessary parts are included.
3.1 Toilet Compatibility
Ensure your toilet is compatible with an elongated bidet seat. Measure your toilet bowl from the front edge to the center of the bolt holes.

3.2 Electrical Requirements
A dedicated 120V GFCI outlet is required for safe operation. If an appropriate outlet is not available, consult a qualified electrician for installation.
3.3 Step-by-Step Installation (General Guide)
- Turn off the water supply to your toilet and flush to empty the tank.
- Remove your existing toilet seat.
- Install the mounting plate onto the toilet bowl using the provided bolts and washers.
- Slide the bidet seat onto the mounting plate until it clicks into place.
- Connect the bidet's water supply hose to the toilet's fill valve (using the provided T-valve) and then to the bidet unit.
- Turn on the water supply and check for leaks.
- Plug the bidet into the 120V GFCI outlet.

4. Operation
The Lotus ATS-2000 is operated using its wireless remote control. Ensure the remote has fresh batteries and is within range of the bidet unit.

5. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and hygienic operation of your Lotus ATS-2000 bidet seat.
5.1 Nozzle Cleaning
The stainless steel nozzle features an automatic self-cleaning function before and after each use. For manual cleaning:
- Ensure the bidet is powered off.
- Gently pull out the nozzle.
- Use a soft cloth or brush with mild soap and water to clean the nozzle. Do not use abrasive materials.
- Push the nozzle back into its housing.

5.2 Unit Cleaning
- Unplug the unit from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
- Do not spray water directly onto the unit.
- Avoid using benzene, paint thinner, or abrasive cleaners.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Lotus ATS-2000, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
