Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your boAt Rugby speaker. Connect the provided Micro USB charging cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.

Powering On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the power button until you hear an audible prompt or see the LED indicator light up.
• To power off, press and hold the power button again until the speaker shuts down.

Operating Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a blinking blue LED).
2. On your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Search for available devices and select "boAt Rugby" from the list.
4. Once paired, the speaker will provide an audible confirmation, and the LED will turn solid blue.
5. The speaker will automatically connect to the last paired device when powered on, if within range.

AUX Connection

For devices without Bluetooth, use the provided AUX cable. Insert one end into the speaker's 3.5mm AUX input port and the other end into your device's audio output. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
