Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Display is blank or dim. | Batteries are low or incorrectly installed. | Replace batteries with new AA manganese batteries, ensuring correct polarity. |
| Time is incorrect. | Poor radio signal reception or radio reception is disabled. | Move the clock to a location with better reception (e.g., near a window). Manually initiate radio reception or enable automatic reception. If necessary, manually set the time. |
| Alarm does not sound. | Alarm is not activated or volume is too low. | Ensure the SNOOZE ON/OFF slider is in the "ON" position. Verify alarm time is set correctly. |
| Temperature/Humidity readings seem inaccurate. | Clock is placed in direct sunlight, near a heat source, or in an area with poor air circulation. | Relocate the clock to a stable environment away from direct heat, cold, or drafts. Allow time for readings to stabilize. |
