The watch features a 12/24 hour time sub-dial and a date display window. These functions are typically set in conjunction with the main time setting. Refer to your user guide for specific adjustment procedures.

4.3 Water Resistance

This watch is water resistant up to 100 meters (330 feet). It is suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but not for diving. Ensure the crown is pushed in completely before exposing the watch to water.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Regularly wipe your watch with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and moisture. For the stainless steel band, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by drying. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5.2 Eco-Drive Charging

To maintain optimal charge, expose your watch to light regularly. If stored in darkness for extended periods, the watch may stop. A brief exposure to bright light will typically restart it. For prolonged storage, ensure it receives sufficient light to maintain a full charge.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Watch Not Running: Ensure the watch has been exposed to sufficient light for charging. Even a few minutes of bright light can restart a stopped watch.
  • Incorrect Time/Date: Refer to the user guide for detailed instructions on how to correctly set the time and date.
  • Condensation Under Crystal: If condensation appears under the crystal, it may indicate a seal issue. Contact Citizen customer support or an authorized service center immediately.
