3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Installation

The Kwikset Powerbolt 907 is designed for easy installation with basic tools, typically a screwdriver. It is compatible with standard door preparations.

• Door Thickness: Fits doors between 1-3/8 inches (35mm) and 1-3/4 inches (44mm) thick.
• Cross Bore: Requires a 2-1/8 inch (54mm) cross bore.

3.2 Battery Installation

6. Remove the new key. The lock is now re-keyed.
