3. Safety Information

Observe the following safety precautions to prevent damage to the product or injury to yourself:

  • Indoor Use Only: This product is designed for indoor use in dry environments. Do not expose to moisture, rain, or extreme temperatures.
  • Maximum Load: Do not exceed the maximum load of 1500 Watts per socket. Overloading can cause overheating and fire hazards.
  • Child Safety: The plug-in switches are equipped with child safety features. Keep the remote control out of reach of children.
  • Power Disconnection: Always disconnect power before cleaning or performing maintenance.
  • No Disassembly: Do not attempt to open or repair the devices yourself. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
  • Battery Handling: Ensure correct battery polarity when replacing. Do not mix old and new batteries. Dispose of used batteries responsibly.

4. Setup

4.1. Remote Control Battery Installation

The remote control comes with a CR2032 Lithium Metal battery pre-installed. If the remote's indicator light does not illuminate when a button is pressed, or if the range decreases, the battery may need replacement. To replace the battery:

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
  2. Open the compartment cover.
  3. Remove the old CR2032 battery.
  4. Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
  5. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.2. Pairing Wireless Sockets with the Remote Control

Each wireless socket needs to be paired with the remote control to function. The remote control has three independent channels (A, B, C), each with an ON and OFF button, and a master ALL-OFF button. You can pair one or more sockets to each channel.

To pair a socket:

  1. Plug the wireless socket into a wall outlet. The indicator LED on the socket will typically flash or illuminate briefly.
  2. Press the small learning button located on the side or front of the wireless socket. The indicator LED will start flashing rapidly, indicating it is in pairing mode.
  3. Within approximately 5 seconds, press the desired ON button (e.g., A-ON, B-ON, or C-ON) on the remote control.
  4. The indicator LED on the socket will stop flashing and remain steadily lit for a moment, then turn off, confirming successful pairing.
  5. Test the pairing by pressing the corresponding ON and OFF buttons on the remote control. The connected appliance should switch on and off.
  6. Repeat this process for the other two wireless sockets, pairing them to different channels (B or C) or to the same channel if you wish to control multiple sockets simultaneously with one button.

Note: If pairing fails, unplug the socket, wait a few seconds, and repeat the process. Ensure the remote control is within close proximity to the socket during pairing.

4.3. Placement

Install the plug-in switches into any standard indoor wall socket. For optimal performance, ensure the remote control is within the 30-meter radio range of the sockets. Walls and other obstacles may reduce the effective range.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Basic On/Off Control

Once paired, operating the wireless sockets is straightforward:

  • To turn on an appliance connected to a specific channel (A, B, or C), press the corresponding ON button on the remote control.
  • To turn off an appliance connected to a specific channel, press the corresponding OFF button on the remote control.
  • To turn off all paired appliances simultaneously, press the ALL-OFF button at the bottom of the remote control.

5.2. Controlling Multiple Sockets with One Button

If you have paired multiple wireless sockets to the same channel (e.g., all three sockets to channel A), pressing the A-ON button will turn on all three, and pressing A-OFF will turn them all off. This is useful for controlling groups of lights or appliances.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the devices with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace the CR2032 battery in the remote control when its performance degrades (see Section 4.1).
  • Storage: Store the product in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use for extended periods.
