4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Getting Started

  1. Ensure the treadmill is unfolded and securely locked in the operating position.
  2. Attach the safety key clip to your clothing and insert the safety key into its designated slot on the console. The display will illuminate.
  3. Step onto the treadmill, placing your feet on the side rails.

  • Start/Stop: Press START to begin the running belt movement. Press STOP to halt the belt.
  • Speed Control: Use the '+' and '-' buttons or quick speed keys (e.g., 2, 5, 10 km/h) to adjust the belt speed.
  • Incline Control: Use the 'INCLINE +' and '-' buttons or quick incline keys to adjust the deck's elevation.
  • Program Selection: Press the 'PROGRAM' button to cycle through the 24 preset programs, 3 target programs, 3 user-defined programs, and 3 HRC programs. Refer to the console guide for details on each program.
  • Heart Rate Monitoring: Grip the hand pulse sensors on the handlebars or use a compatible wireless heart rate monitor. Your heart rate will be displayed on the console.
  • MP3 Input: Connect your MP3 player to the console's audio input jack to play music through the integrated speakers. Adjust volume using the console controls.
  • Cooling Fan: Activate the cooling fan for enhanced comfort during your workout.

5.3 Emergency Stop

In an emergency, pull the safety key from the console. The treadmill will immediately stop. Alternatively, press the large red STOP button on the console.
