4.1 Site Preparation
The sauna can be installed on carpet or any indoor location, including basements, garages, master bathrooms, or walk-in closets. Ensure the chosen location is level and has sufficient space for assembly and operation (Product Dimensions: 73 x 61 x 79 inches).
4.2 Electrical Requirements
The sauna requires two dedicated 20 amp 110 volt outlets. It is crucial to consult a certified electrician to install these dedicated receptacles to ensure safe and proper operation. Failure to do so may result in electrical hazards or damage to the unit.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On and Temperature Control
- Ensure the sauna is properly connected to the dedicated 20 amp 110 volt outlets.
- Use the dual control panel and LED display to power on the sauna and set your desired temperature.
- The sauna operates most effectively at approximately 120°F (49°C).
- Important Safety Note: Do not set the temperature above 130°F (54°C). Exceeding this temperature may cause the system to overheat and potentially damage the power supply components.
5.2 Media System Operation
The integrated media system includes an FM CD DVD Radio with SD, USB, and MP3 auxiliary connections. Use the controls on the panel to select your desired audio source and adjust volume. The 15-inch drop-down monitor can be used for video playback. Refer to the separate media system manual for detailed instructions on specific functions, as operation can be complex.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- Wipe down interior surfaces with a clean, damp cloth after each use.
- For deeper cleaning, use a mild, non-toxic wood cleaner specifically designed for saunas. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Ensure the sauna is completely dry before closing the door or storing.
6.2 Wood Care
The Canadian Hemlock wood is naturally durable. To maintain its appearance, avoid excessive moisture and direct sunlight. Do not apply paints, varnishes, or sealants to the interior wood, as these can release harmful fumes when heated.
7. Troubleshooting
- Sauna not heating: Check if the sauna is properly plugged into both dedicated 20 amp outlets. Verify that the circuit breakers are not tripped. Ensure the temperature is set correctly on the control panel.
- Media system not working: Check power connections to the media unit. Ensure correct input source is selected. Refer to the media system's specific manual for detailed troubleshooting.
- Unusual odors: A new sauna may emit a slight wood odor initially. This should dissipate with use. Ensure proper ventilation. If a burning smell occurs, immediately power off the sauna and contact customer support.
