4. Setup & Installation

- Apply Plumber's Tape: Wrap plumber's tape clockwise around the threads of the shower arm 3-4 times. This helps prevent leaks.
- Install Wall-Mount Holder: Screw the wall-mount holder onto the shower arm. Hand-tighten until snug, then give it an additional quarter turn with a wrench if necessary, being careful not to overtighten. Ensure the holder is oriented correctly to support the handheld shower head.
- Connect Hose to Holder: Insert a washer into one end of the 84-inch reinforced hose. Connect this end to the bottom outlet of the wall-mount holder. Hand-tighten securely.
- Connect Hose to Shower Head: Insert a washer into the other end of the hose. Connect this end to the base of the handheld shower head. Hand-tighten securely.
- Test for Leaks: Turn on the water and check all connections for leaks. If leaks occur, tighten the connections slightly or reapply plumber's tape.
