Maintenance
Cleaning
Regularly wipe the keyboard and control panel with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or waxes, as these can damage the finish.
Dust Cover Usage
When not in use, place the provided dust cover over the keyboard to protect it from dust and debris. This helps maintain the instrument's condition and extends its lifespan.

Troubleshooting

- No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the keyboard and a working electrical outlet. Check if the power button is fully pressed.
- No Sound: Verify that the master volume is turned up. If using headphones, ensure they are properly plugged in and the headphone volume is adjusted. Check if any local volume settings for tones or rhythms are muted.
- Incorrect Sound: If the sound is distorted or unexpected, try resetting the tone or effect settings to their default values.
- Connectivity Issues: For USB connections, ensure the USB cable is properly connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Restarting both devices can sometimes resolve connection problems.
