4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all parts are present. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.
  2. Placement: Place the mixer on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the unit, especially above, as the unit is approximately 52 cm (20.5 inches) tall.
  3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the stainless steel cup, cup guide, and cup rest in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the mixer base with a damp cloth.
  4. Power Connection: Ensure the speed switch is in the OFF position. Plug the power cord into a standard 120 Volt AC electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

This drink mixer features cup-activated mixing and two speed settings for versatile use.

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Add desired ingredients to the stainless steel cup. For best results, add liquid ingredients first, followed by solids. Do not overfill the cup.
  2. Position Cup: Place the stainless steel cup onto the cup rest, ensuring the mixing shaft is inserted into the center of the cup. The lip of the cup should engage with the cup guide. The mixer will automatically activate once the cup is correctly positioned.
  3. Select Speed: Use the speed switch located at the top of the unit to select either LOW or HIGH speed.
    • LOW Speed: Ideal for lighter liquids, mixing milk, or gently incorporating ingredients.
    • HIGH Speed: Suitable for thicker mixtures, such as ice cream, yogurt, or when blending diced fruits.
  4. Mixing: Allow the mixer to operate until desired consistency is achieved. The hands-free operation allows you to attend to other tasks while mixing. For very thick mixtures, you may need to gently rotate or lift the cup slightly to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly blended, keeping the agitator submerged.
  5. Finish Mixing: Once mixing is complete, lift the cup from the cup rest. The mixer will automatically turn off.
  6. Serve: Remove the cup and pour the prepared beverage.

Note: The mixer is designed for intermittent commercial use. Avoid continuous operation for extended periods to prevent motor overheating.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your mixer.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the mixer from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
  2. Clean Mixing Shaft:
    • Fill the stainless steel cup with 1 cup of warm water and a drop of mild dish soap.
    • Place the cup on the mixer and run on LOW speed for 5 seconds.
    • Empty the soapy water, rinse the cup, and refill with 1 cup of clean water.
    • Run on LOW speed for another 5 seconds to rinse the agitator.
    • Wipe the mixing shaft with a damp cloth to remove any remaining residue.
  3. Clean Cup, Cup Guide, and Cup Rest: These parts are removable for easy cleaning. Wash them in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. They may also be dishwasher safe (refer to specific product labeling if available).
  4. Clean Mixer Base: Wipe the exterior of the mixer base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water or any other liquid.
  5. Storage: Store the mixer in a clean, dry place when not in use.
